Once you have filed an Administration Account, it will be audited by the auditors at the Register of Wills.  Often, when a Personal Representative attempts to prepare and file an Administration Account without the assistance of an experienced Estates and Trusts attorney, it may be returned with an Audit Memo.  The Audit Memo may list the various deficiencies of the submitted Account as well as request documentation to verify various numbers and calculations on the Account.  Once the audit process is complete, the Account is sent to a Judge.  The Judge will sign the Proposed Order you submitted, approving the Account.
